On-Campus University Housing Rules

 

Check-in: Between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm or by alerting front desk staff

Check-out: Check out by 12:00 pm on the day of Departure
Linen service: Standard linen package with beds made - linen pack includes fitted sheet, flat sheet, towels, pillow,
pillow case and light blanket

Definitions:

Guest = person(s) who rent on-campus university housing via the IMSC26 conference website

University = Northeastern University

Host = MedTech Safety, Inc.

 

Lost Key Cards

 

A $25.00 fee will be assessed for each room card key: lost, damaged or not returned by Guest on or before the
scheduled departure date.

Security

University, or Host will not be responsible for the safekeeping of personal property or other items belonging to Guest.

University Housing Rules and Regulations

Please note that University reserves the right to deny occupancy of University facilities to anyone who, in
the University’s judgment, fails to comply with reasonable standards of behavior. Disorderly conduct, such as excessive noise and/or disruptions that result in complaints, will be considered adequate grounds for denial of continued occupancy of University facilities.

Damage or Removal
Any costs incurred by University to repair or replace property or equipment that has been damaged or removed by Guest will be charged to Guest.

Refunds

The booking is non-refundable.
