On-Campus University Housing

A limited number of on-campus rooms at Northeastern University are available to registered delegates as an optional add-on. This accommodation option is significantly lower cost than hotels options, and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Details:

• Semi-private -- each room includes: air conditioning, a bed, dresser, desk, chair, sink, and linens.

• A bathroom (toilet, and shower) is shared with one similar adjacent room

• You must be 18 years of age or older

• The on-campus housing is an 8-minute walk from the conference venue (ISEC building)

• Only delegates who have registered for the in-person attendance (June 2 tutorials | June 3-5 conference) are eligible to purchase the on-campus housing option

• The university assigns people of the same gender-identity to the 2 rooms sharing one bathroom

• ADA option is available for people with disabilities

• You can book a room for 1 to 4 nights, from June 1 to June 5, 2026

• Check-in between 6:00pm and 9:00pm or by alerting front desk staff

• Check out by 12:00pm on day of Departure

• A $25.00 fee will be assessed for access cards lost, damaged or not returned on or before the scheduled departure date

Cost: 

Room rate is $108/room/night.  This price includes all taxes, and fees.  This rate is non-refundable.

How to secure your room:

Register for the Education Day (June 2), and/or in-person attendance of the main conference (June 3-5), then select one of the Add-On options for on-campus university housing: 1-Night, 2-Nights, 3-Nights, or 4-Nights.
