🛂 Letter of Invitation for Visa Purposes
 

To assist international attendees in obtaining a visa, the 2026 International MedTech Safety Conference (IMSC26) will issue letters of invitation. Please send requests to IMSC26 staff at info@medtechsafety.com. A letter of invitation will be emailed to you on MedTech Safety letterhead.

Please note that issuance of a letter of invitation does not guarantee visa approval.

​To obtain a letter of invitation, you must first register for IMSC26 Conference Attendance (in-person) and pay the registration fee in full. Register Here

In the event that a visa application is denied, and official government documentation of the denial is provided, the registration fee will be refunded minus non-refundable payment processing fees charged by credit card and payment service providers.

Letters of invitation will be emailed. In some cases, Visa offices will not accept electronically transmitted invitation letters. If you also need us to mail a printed letter of invitation:
 

• Letters will be sent to the address provided above, unless otherwise noted.

• Printed letters will be sent via regular mail upon request. Expedited shipping (DHL or FedEx) can be arranged if you provide an account number or payment method.
